Quality Sheds are built to last. Our designs include heavier floor materials. We top our pressure treated 4” x 6” sub structure with 2” x 4” floor joists that are spaced 12 inches on center. This is much stronger than the designs our competitors use. Our heavily reinforced floor system ensures that your Quality Shed will not suffer from a sagging floor over time. We also utilize a 2” x 6” roof truss system that gives our sheds unequaled structural strength. Our sheds also feature an eave on all four sides with fascia board for an attractive finish. Many of our competitors do not include any eaves at all or they only include them on two walls; at Quality Sheds, we never skimp on quality.

One of the popular uses of our sheds lately is as a pool cabana. This solution includes design features like a French door as well as siding and roofing to match the house. Pool cabanas are popular for use as a changing room that can save homeowners from wet feet and clothing tracking into the house when the swimming is done. In this construction we were able to complete this building very close to a retaining wall in order to accommodate the customer’s desired location. 8x12 Lean-to Storage Shed Los Angeles 
This Quality Sheds structure was built for a residential customer with a very limited space. No commercially prefabricated shed was going to fit into this space so the customer came to us for a customized solution. The customer wanted to maximize the space he had available and still ensure that the shed matched the existing structure and drained water effectively away from the adjacent building. We developed a solution that met all of his needs and we accomplished the on-site construction in only one day. The completed shed includes a large shed door for easy access, a unique high gable roof that drains water away from the building beside it and provides extra interior height for storing tall items. |
